APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FROM MAY 1 TO JUNE 1

You should hear whether you have been accepted into the program by early to mid June.

OVERVIEW OF APPLICATION PROCESS

SECTION 1 - Student Personal Information
* Applicants will be asked to provide their personal information including their York student #, mailing address, telephone #, email address, etc.

SECTION 2 - Student Academic Information
* Applicants will be asked to provide final grades for particular courses. Please have your degree progress report/student record open and available while completing this application.
* Applicants will be asked to provide the date that your enrolment window opens to add courses for the upcoming academic term. Please ensure you have researched and know your enrolment window opening date.

SECTION 3 - Student Research Interests and Experience, Reasons For Applying
* Applicants will be required to answer and upload several questions in a WORD or PDF format as well as upload an essay, outlining why they are applying to the Specialized Honours program, in a WORD or PDF format.
* It is recommended that applicants complete these documents and have them ready for uploading before beginning the application.

By completing this form you give the Department of Psychology permission to review your transcript. There is no need to submit your transcript, it will be reviewed internally.

The Department of Psychology will strive to provide applicants with a decision of their application by mid June.
